Le Mont des Chrétiens 2019 - F.Savard

From a small Chardonnay parcel in Écueil, this 2019 was barrel-fermented in 500–600 L casks, without malolactic fermentation, and low dosage (2–3 g/L). It expresses terroir purity, elegance and texture.

Nose: Candied citrus, green apple, white flowers, toast, mineral flint.

Palate: Crisp entry with saline acidity and chalky tension. Mid-palate shows orchard fruit, chalk, and salinity, finishing long and precise.
