Description
Cornaline is the flagship red wine of Domaine Hauvette, produced from biodynamic vines rooted in the limestone soils of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. The 2013 vintage offers an intense nose of black fruits, wild herbs, fine leather and soft spices. On the palate, it shows superb balance, refined tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, mineral finish. Aged in concrete eggs, this wine reflects energy, purity and finesse. A rare gem, built to age gracefully.
