Description
-
Appearance: Deep garnet with brick edges, remarkably dense for its age.
-
Nose: Leather, cedarwood, forest floor, dried plum, blond tobacco and sweet spices. A complex bouquet of tertiary aromas.
-
Palate: Firm tannic grip, rustic but well-structured mouthfeel. Dry, persistent finish with hints of graphite, black licorice and aged oak.
A classic Cos from a structured vintage—more impressive than charming, but unmistakably authentic.
