Description
The 2018 Bevan Cellars Ontogeny is an elegant red blend from Napa Valley, primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It offers aromas of ripe black fruits, mocha, and espresso. On the palate, it's full-bodied with flavors of dark fruit, dark chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a smooth texture, and the finish is long, marked by persistent notes of dark fruit and mocha. A rich and balanced wine with excellent aging potential.
