The 2018 Bevan Cellars Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful yet elegant wine with a rich aromatic profile. In appearance, it has a deep ruby color. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe black fruits like blackberry and cassis, complemented by hints of dark chocolate and tobacco, with subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a well-defined tannic structure, featuring flavors of ripe black fruits, espresso, and a touch of vanilla from oak aging. The finish is long, marked by a lingering richness. A wine that combines power and refinement, with excellent aging potential.
