“Le Souvenir” cuvée, sourced from the Sierra Madre Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley, represents one of the finest expressions of Californian Chardonnay in a Burgundian-inspired style.
The 2011 vintage, shaped by a cool growing season, produced wines of remarkable freshness, with vibrant acidity and outstanding balance.
