Deep, dark color with purple highlights. The nose reveals intense aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and plum, enhanced by spicy notes of black pepper, licorice and a subtle smoky touch. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured and generous, with a velvety texture and ripe yet firm tannins. The finish is long and persistent, dominated by dark fruit and a delicate mineral edge that reflects the Valais terroir.
