A story of passion and terroir
Founded in 1942 by Joseph Arlaud and Renée Amiot, the estate was enriched under Hervé in 1983 and is now led by Cyprien (since 2013), surrounded by Romain and Bertille for vineyard work.
An estate of 15 ha in biodynamics
Certified organic since 2004 and biodynamic by Biodyvin in 2014, the estate covers 15 ha spread over 19 appellations – village, premiers, and grands crus around Morey-Saint-Denis.
Respectful & parcel-based viticulture
Horse plowing, grass cover, manual harvesting, and gentle vinification with little punching down: viticulture follows rigorous natural practices, without herbicides, chemical fertilizers, or filtration of red wines.
Style: purity, precision & finesse
Thanks to gravity vinification, 16–18 months of aging, and minimal use of sulfur, the style combines aromatic purity, silky tannins, and freshness. The Bourgogne “Roncevie” embodies this signature, revealing intense red fruits, delicate tannins, and a satiny texture.
Iconic cuvées
Bourgogne Roncevie: entry-level, gourmet, and very expressive.
Village & 1er crus: Morey‑St‑Denis “Aux Cheseaux”, “Les Ruchots”, Chambolle‑Musigny, Gevrey‑Chambertin 1er Cru…
Grands Crus: Clos de la Roche, Clos‑Saint‑Denis, Charmes‑Chambertin, Bonnes‑Mares.
