Description
The Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Chenevottes" 2010 from Domaine Henri Boillot is an exceptional white wine, crafted from Chardonnay grown on the prestigious terroirs of Chassagne-Montrachet. This vintage features a golden color with green reflections and an intense nose of yellow fruits, with subtle toasted oak notes. On the palate, it is rich and opulent, offering great length and a vibrant finish of lemon zest. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new, it has an aging potential of 7 to 10 years. It pairs perfectly with seafood, fish, or white meats. Best enjoyed between 12 and 14°C for an optimal experience.
