From the prestigious Les Perrières climat on the Corton hill, this Grand Cru reflects the artisanal precision of La Maison Romane. Winemaker Oronce de Beler focuses on whole-cluster fermentation, gentle macerations, and long aging in used oak barrels to preserve the authenticity of place.
The nose is deep and evocative, with notes of black cherry, blackberry, violet, cinnamon, and a touch of smoke. The palate is powerful yet refined, supported by fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
