Corton Grand Cru Les Perrières 2010 – La Maison Romane
A deep and structured Grand Cru from Corton by La Maison Romane. Mineral-driven Pinot Noir with outstanding aging potential.
The Les Perrières climat on the Corton hill is renowned for producing structured and mineral-driven Grand Crus. With La Maison Romane, winemaker Oronce de Beler embraces traditional Burgundian craftsmanship: hand-harvesting, whole-cluster fermentation, gentle extraction, and aging in old oak barrels to reveal the soul of the terroir.
The 2010 vintage is fresh, precise and age-worthy. The nose opens with black cherry, plum, dried violet, earthy spice and forest floor. On the palate, the wine is taut and deep, with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, and a persistent finish driven by chalky minerality.
