Description

A surprisingly fresh and beautifully evolved Grand Cru. The nose offers a compelling mix of dried cherries, forest floor, and subtle mushroom (ceps), underscored by savory earth tones. Despite its age, there’s still an appealing hint of fruit vitality.

On the palate, the wine remains balanced and poised, with silky tannins framing flavors of red berries and forest underrgrowth. A savory core—think woodland herbs and gentle spice—supports the red fruit, while a refined structure guides a long, elegant finish. The overall impression is one of poised maturity: mature yet not over the hill.
