Description
Appearance: Deep, bright ruby colour with garnet highlights.
Nose: Elegant and complex nose with ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry), floral notes (dried rose, peony), hints of forest floor, graphite and gentle spices (clove, cinnamon).
Palate: Silky attack with a refined, flowing texture. Fine tannins and vibrant acidity carry flavours of dark cherry, tea leaf, warm stone and a touch of smoke. Long, pure and mineral finish.
Style: A refined, structured and expressive Pinot Noir, showcasing the depth of old vines and the unique character of the Fläsch terroir.
