Description

Perched just above Montrachet, the “Murgers des Dents de Chien” vineyard is one of Saint-Aubin’s finest. Its limestone-rich soils and excellent exposure yield white wines with drive, tension, and purity. Armand Heitz, a committed and quality-driven vigneron, produces a Chardonnay here that blends ripeness with minerality. The 2015 vintage offers depth and structure, balanced by the terroir’s natural freshness. Vinified with native yeasts and aged in French oak (20% new), it remains focused and expressive.

Nose: wild strawberry, violet, citrus peel, linden blossom, wet stone
Palate: soft texture, fine tannins, gentle tension, floral lift on the finish
