Description
The Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet 2017 by Etienne Sauzet is a complex white wine with a refined nose featuring aromas of stone fruits (white peach, apricot), white flowers, brioche, and mandarin zest. On the palate, it shows great concentration with ripe flavors of apricot and Williams pear, accompanied by a saline minerality and refreshing acidity. The texture is round and silky, while the finish is long and deep, offering a pure sensation and great persistence. This wine has excellent aging potential and can be enjoyed after a few years of cellaring.
