This 2012 Ruchottes-Chambertin opens with a deep ruby color and garnet highlights, showing remarkable youth for its age. The nose is delicate and floral, offering aromas of dried rose, violet, and fresh red berries, layered with subtle hints of black cherry, citrus zest, and a touch of minerality and spice. On the palate, the attack is silky, the fruit pure and vibrant, carried by a finely chiseled acidity that brings tension and freshness.
