Description
This Premier Cru, known for its minerality, is vinified with precision and aged in oak (approx. 30% new), enhancing the wine’s purity and finesse without excess.
Nose: White flowers, candied lemon, pink grapefruit peel, grilled hazelnut, and a hint of gunflint.
Palate: Linear and taut, with a chalky structure and precise acidity. Flavours of ripe pear, citrus zest, and a long, saline finish.
