Four of the grand crus of Vosne-Romanée are monopolies, including two, Romanée-Conti and La Tâche, which belong to the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.

During tasting, one finds always complex aromas with a strong dominance of red fruits but also aromas of undergrowth, particularly in old vintages, such as mushrooms, dead leaves, or humus.

Thanks to these tertiary aromas, the wines of La Tâche will pair wonderfully with mushroom dishes with a strong taste like truffles or morels, for example.
